It's a massive shame that her Liverpool cab-driver didn't know where it was then! Hey-ho... I'd just finishing photographing the chilly outdoor vigil when I first saw Sue. I was with the 'Creative Concern' crew (a top draw Agency from over Manchester way) heading over to the Beatles Story for the second half of the Vigil. She was kinda distraught after being driven around Liverpool City Centre for the past hour. Good news then that the vigil continued and Sue got to boogie to Twist and Shout and numerous other Beatles tracks being belted out by the local musicians. These devoted fans turn up every year to commemorate the untimely death of John Lennon. Sue's fingernails have photos on them from the various times she's met Paul McCartney. Now that's a dedicated fan!
A chilly start to the evening culminated in a nice cosy singalong with cups of tea and coffee kindly supplied by the Beatles Story...
On another note - I have 5 more sleeps till i'll be headed back to New Zealand for Christmas
So even though the blogging has not exactly been great the past few months due to the photography going a little bit nuts - i'll be blogging a lot more in the new year! Ciao a tutti!
