The brief - head out to a farm and grab some photos of 100 turkeys grazing in a field. Yep, no worries!
These Turkeys are being hand reared at Thurstaston Farm exclusively for Lunya restaurant in the heart of Liverpool One. Owner and executive chef Peter Kinsella was giving me the low down on how important it is that these Turkeys are hung for 12 days and then slow cooked in their wood-burning brick oven for the ultimate, succulent bird! Might have to head along and give them a try myself!
