Construction photography in Colwyn Bay – courtesy of a new international client Volker Stevin.

Brief was to grab my hard hat, steel cap boots and head up there to capture the essence of the project.
To appreciate the full scale of the project – I was hoisted into the air in a steel cage. From there I could direct the crane driver to swing me out over the coastline to get some great aerial shots of the site. The new sea-front defence is quite something to behold from the air. It will eventually be a nice “stroller-friendly” promenade which is sure the transform the Colwyn Bay landscape. It’s great to be working for a nice big construction firm and there are plenty of upcoming jobs in the pipeline – including a new development in Lancaster in a couple of weeks time.
