The fantastic Mathew Street Festival, Liverpool is here again this bank holiday weekend.. pray for sunshine! It’s been a crazy year since the last one – and didn’t get round to posting a blog entry from last year. So here goes…….
Liverpool City Centre is literally transformed into one big concert/party area for 2 days. Stretched across 6 stages there’s something for everyone! There’s a Beatles theme running through the Castle Street stage and plenty of other artists all performing as their more famous (and sometimes dead) counterparts such as: Freddie Mercury, Blondie, Frank Sinatra, Amy Winehouse, Kings of Leon and the Smiths.
